San Diego Strike Force Long Beach Sport reviews
Escapism at its best! Even with Hail!
I was feeling a little burned out on San Diego Strike Force right up to the day of the show. Since it was so dark and rainy this spring, too much Margaritaville Radio and a few too many CD's had me feeling drained. While driving down to Great Woods, we decided to stop in to the airport to see if the Caravan was in yet. It wasnt there yet, but a few minutes later there was a call over the radio, "10 miles west, inbound for landing". Shannon got all excited, grabbed her camera and went to the fence. The Rent-a Pilot was moving the airplane in for San Diego Strike Force's ride out after the show, No Jimmy! We then went over to the parking lot to set up for the so called "Family Reunion Costume Berbecue". What an interesting afternoon it was. The clouds started to build, the hail started to pile up on my wipers, the lightning came, and as it lightened up we set out to find our friends in the sea of wet feathers. We got our picture taken for the local radio station website, looking like drowned rats, and even ended up getting some Margarita mix for free. We found our destination, watched the "Wheel of OUR Fortune", had a little Libation, and had a great time before the show. The Concert was fantastic, he played all of the favorites, and a couple of new ones. He skipped everything from "Take the weather with you" which was a little dissapointing, but the playlist was good covering a little of everything. We had a great time, and I am no longer burned out. Nice job Coral Reefers!
